Jill Althoff D.C.

Dr. Jill Althoff is the founder of Althoff Wellness Clinic, P.C., where she has been helping patients live pain-free, active lives since 2002. What began as a personal health journey—overcoming severe asthma and a neck injury—evolved into a career built around empowering others through natural, non-invasive healing.

Dr. Althoff holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University and a B.S. in Human Biology. Her extensive post-graduate training includes certifications in Neuropathy, Acupuncture, Activator Methods, Nutritional Response Therapy, and a Fellowship with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She is especially known for her work in Peripheral Neuropathy, helping patients find real relief and renewed quality of life.

In April 2024, she expanded her reach by opening a second clinic in Cheyenne, WY—part of her vision to serve more communities and coach other doctors in delivering outstanding care. While she still consults on complex cases, Dr. Althoff is stepping back from daily clinical work to focus on mentorship, marketing strategy, and speaking on healthcare and business leadership. Her passion lies in helping both patients and professionals thrive.

When she’s not working, you’ll most likely find Dr. Althoff outside—boating, hiking, riding ATVs with her family, or squeezing in a workout. She’s also a devoted sports mom who loves nothing more than watching her two sons, Colten (18, attending University of Wyoming) and Caiden (16), play football and basketball. She lives in Northern Colorado with her husband Josh and their busy, adventure-loving crew.

Jennifer Saboy D.C.

Dr. Jennifer Saboy, affectionately known as Dr. J, is a dedicated member of the Althoff Wellness Clinic PC team, bringing her deep-rooted passion for alternative medicine to Northern Colorado. A true Colorado native from Fort Collins, her journey in healthcare was shaped by early exposure to chiropractic care and a personal health crisis, steering her away from conventional medicine towards a more holistic approach.

After earning her Bachelor’s degrees in Integrative Physiology and Psychology from the University of Colorado, Dr. J pursued her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the National University of Health Sciences in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Her commitment to comprehensive patient care led her to further specialize, becoming certified in Acupuncture, Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR), and Functional Taping for Musculoskeletal Injuries (FTMI). Currently, she is advancing her expertise by working towards her Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists.

Dr. J’s approach to healthcare is deeply personal and patient-centered, focusing not just on alleviating pain but on restoring overall health and well-being. Since returning to Colorado in 2020 with her partner Marcos, she has embraced the mountain lifestyle, enjoying activities like tennis, pickleball, soccer, biking, and hiking with their puppy, Higgins. Her enthusiasm for natural medicine is evident in every aspect of her work, making her a valued asset to the Althoff Wellness Clinic PC and the wider community.

Katrina

Since joining Althoff Wellness Clinic PC in 2012, Katrina has become an indispensable part of our team, adeptly managing billing, finances, inventory, and patient care. Her versatility is a testament to her commitment and skill, seamlessly handling diverse responsibilities from physical therapy to working on personal injury cases.

Born and raised in Colorado, and a proud graduate of Valley High School in Gilcrest, Katrina’s local heritage deeply informs her dedication to our community and patients.

Away from the clinic, she relishes the great outdoors, often found camping and spending quality time with her husband and two children. Katrina, known for her love of coffee, embodies the spirit of multitasking and warmth, making her a treasured and capable member of the Althoff Wellness Clinic PC family.

Jenny, our Case Manager at Althoff Wellness Clinic PC, blends her love for her family and her passion for healthcare in her work. As a proud mom to Nevin, Zachary, and Macy, she instills the values of health and adventure in her children, often exploring Colorado’s vast outdoor activities with them.

Her family’s active lifestyle includes hiking, biking, snowboarding, and more, reflecting the energy and dedication she brings to guiding new patients through their healthcare journey.

With over 20 years in the field, Jenny’s expertise in patient care is enhanced by her maternal instinct, ensuring each patient feels as valued and cared for as her own kids. Her role as a mother and healthcare professional intertwines, making her a compassionate and insightful Case Manager at our clinic.

Meet Amber, our dedicated Therapy Assistant now supporting patients at Althoff Wellness Clinic PC in Cheyenne, WY. Amber has become an integral part of our care team—leading the charge in at-home therapy support for patients across both locations.

From guiding equipment use to helping patients stay consistent between visits, she ensures healing doesn’t stop when you leave the clinic.

Now in Cheyenne, Amber continues her hands-on work by delivering in-clinic therapies and SoftWave treatments, combining clinical precision with a compassionate presence our patients deeply value.

A proud mother of two, Amber brings warmth, patience, and a nurturing spirit to everything she does. Her background in art and her love of the outdoors give her a creative and holistic outlook—one that helps patients feel seen, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.

Shelia

Shelia is one of the friendly faces you’ll see when you walk into our Cheyenne office, and she truly loves helping people feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

She comes to us with a background in education and behavioral health, bringing a natural ability to connect with patients and support them with both compassion and understanding. Her passion for helping others is what drew her to this role, and it shows in every interaction.

Outside of the clinic, Shelia is a proud wife, mom of three, and grandma to one granddaughter who she loves cheering on at soccer games. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her with a cup of coffee in hand, enjoying the outdoors camping or fishing, traveling to new places, reading a good book, or cooking for others while trying out new recipes.

John

John is a Therapy Assistant at our Windsor clinic who brings both energy and personality into every patient interaction. As he likes to say, outside of “waking up and breathing excellence,” he genuinely loves helping people regain the strength, mobility, and independence they’ve lost.

There’s nothing more rewarding to John than seeing patients progress—whether that’s getting back to walking comfortably, enjoying daily activities again, or simply feeling more like themselves. He takes pride in being part of that journey and shows up each day ready to make a difference.

When he’s not in the clinic, John enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping, and being around friends and family.

Sherri keeps our clinic running like a well-oiled machine—and still finds time to cheer on her favorite football, hockey, and basketball teams (often loudly).

She’s a proud wife, mom to two grown kids, and grandma to three awesome grandkids. When she’s not managing the madness with a smile, you’ll find her bowling strikes, working on her diamond art, or wrangling her five dogs and three cats (yes, really). She’s also been known to daydream about building a barn-dominium—one of these days, it’s happening. If it’s furry, sparkly, or fun, Sherri’s all in.
