Dr. Jill Althoff, a distinguished Doctor of Chiropractic at Althoff Wellness Clinic PC, has been a pillar of natural healthcare in Northern Colorado since her move in 2002. Her small-town North Dakota roots and personal health challenges, including severe asthma and a neck injury, steered her towards a career in chiropractic care, focusing on providing natural, effective treatments.
Dr. Althoff’s specialization in Peripheral Neuropathy has made a significant impact, offering patients specialized care for this complex condition.
With her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Science University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Dr. Althoff’s extensive post-graduate training includes a Fellowship in the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), and certifications in Neuropathy, Activator Methods, Acupuncture, and Nutritional Response Therapy. This diverse expertise equips her to address a broad range of health issues effectively. While Dr. Althoff has stepped back from her active roles in business organizations to support her two sports-enthusiast sons, she remains committed to her profession, notably through her plans to expand her practice. She is currently working on opening her second clinic, demonstrating her dedication to spreading quality care.

Jennifer Saboy D.C.
Dr. Jennifer Saboy, affectionately known as Dr. J, is a dedicated member of the Althoff Wellness Clinic PC team, bringing her deep-rooted passion for alternative medicine to Northern Colorado. A true Colorado native from Fort Collins, her journey in healthcare was shaped by early exposure to chiropractic care and a personal health crisis, steering her away from conventional medicine towards a more holistic approach.
After earning her Bachelor’s degrees in Integrative Physiology and Psychology from the University of Colorado, Dr. J pursued her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the National University of Health Sciences in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Her commitment to comprehensive patient care led her to further specialize, becoming certified in Acupuncture, Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR), and Functional Taping for Musculoskeletal Injuries (FTMI). Currently, she is advancing her expertise by working towards her Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists.
Dr. J’s approach to healthcare is deeply personal and patient-centered, focusing not just on alleviating pain but on restoring overall health and well-being. Since returning to Colorado in 2020 with her partner Marcos, she has embraced the mountain lifestyle, enjoying activities like tennis, pickleball, soccer, biking, and hiking with their puppy, Higgins. Since joining Althoff Wellness Clinic PC in 2012, Katrina has become an indispensable part of our team, adeptly managing billing, finances, inventory, and patient care. Her versatility is a testament to her commitment and skill, seamlessly handling diverse responsibilities from physical therapy to working on personal injury cases.
Born and raised in Colorado, and a proud graduate of Valley High School in Gilcrest, Katrina’s local heritage deeply informs her dedication to our community and patients.
Away from the clinic, she relishes the great outdoors, often found camping and spending quality time with her husband and two children. Katrina, known for her love of coffee, embodies the spirit of multitasking and warmth, making her a treasured and capable member of the Althoff Wellness Clinic PC family.

Susan, as the Office Manager of Althoff Wellness Clinic PC, is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and upholding our high standards through her effective management of policies and procedures. Her proficiency in staff training and leading team meetings showcases her dedication to our clinic’s excellence.
A Windsor native and Windsor High School alumna, Susan brings a familiar and comforting presence to our team and community.
In her personal life, she is a devoted wife of 22 years, a mother to four wonderful children, and enjoys gardening and quality family time, including moments with her Chi-weenie, Penny. Susan’s combination of professional expertise and personal warmth makes her an invaluable part of our clinic, embodying our commitment to exceptional care and community connection.

Donna, our Front Desk Established Patient team member at Althoff Wellness Clinic PC, combines her New Jersey roots with a mix of sarcasm and genuine friendliness, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Since moving to Windsor CO in 2017, she has embraced the Colorado lifestyle alongside her husband of 44 years and their beloved dogs, Sofie and Lucky.
In her spare time, Donna delights in her culinary passions, especially baking and cooking, and enjoys weekend gallivants with her aunt, exploring local shops. Her blend of East Coast wit and warm, engaging manner ensures that every patient feels both entertained and thoroughly cared for during their visit.
